Playing sold-out underground warehouse shows for the last few years, The Family Flame is finally stepping out into the public realm with their debut single, “Stranger”.
Full moons, human mortality and chance encounters brought The Family Flame together, and their first proper release is a celebration of their origin story and potent creativity, in the medium of drums, bass, keys, guitar, saxophone and vocal harmonies.
Hosted by Thalia Joan, supported by Alma To Soul and Shard, visuals by Nathan Starchild, and snacks by Mama Smoke included for punters, the vibrant funk and soul that has made the community around the The Family Flame grow will be on full display at 107 Projects in Redfern.
This will be a show not to be missed.
